Covid has changed our lives for good.
None more so than in the ‘COACHING GAME’ – to which I have dedicated the second half of my career – coaching individuals and teams.
Before Covid, Americans mostly viewed coaching as a path to ‘unlocking and unleashing’ their own greatest potential.
On the other hand, South Africans mostly viewed coaching as a path when they come ‘unstuck’ – and facing some kind of ‘brick wall’.
Indeed, we South Africans are built tough– with ultra high levels of resilience.
But the world has now changed.
And thanks to Covid, it has changed for the better.
Most of us now view life differently.
